Is flyering more effective than direct mail?
The best way to answer this is to ask "what is your desired end result?" Both have their pro's and con's. Direct Mail is more expensive, on average, than door to door flyering however. Door to door flyering relies on the honesty and ethical business practices of others vs. the post office.

Do you offer door hanging services or just flyering services?
We offer both. Denver Door2Door is a full service, custom solution for your marketing needs. We offer door hanging services, flyering services, event services and more.

Do you charge by piece or by hour?
Both! We like to think of ourselves as a custom solution. Typically, for door to door services, we charge per piece with minimums starting at 1,000 pieces.
We also offer smaller packages for 500-1,000 pieces and charge a flat rate fee and offer event and trade show services where we charge by the hour.
Like creative ideas? We also have a program where our distributors have an opportunity to make a small commission on flyers dropped based on calls and sales. Call for more information 303-495-7592.

What if I am needing something special?

Do you offer design and printing services?
Yes. We provide design services and printing services through our service partner. If you are interested in this service, please contact us directly at 303-495-7592.

Do you offer sign spinners?

Do you flyer for multiple businesses at the same time?
No...with exceptions!
You are our client and only client on a distribution project. Meaning if you give us flyers to hang in a neighborhood, we will only deliver your flyers on that run...so your flyer will be the only flyer we hang on that door.
EXCEPTION: If you are part of a co-op project where your flyers are part of the delivery of other flyers to save money.

What is a Co-Op Project
We offer a co-op project that helps non-competing businesses that want to save many by sharing the costs. Example:
A Dry Cleaning Business, Roofing Company, Painter & Cleaning Company want to share the cost of the distribution by co-op'ng on a delivery run. Let's say based on a volume of 2,500 flyers, seperately they would pay 18¢ a flyer but on the co-op pay 10¢ a flyer...they save 8¢ a flyer or $200 by splitting the cost with other businesses.

Payment Options & Scheduling

How do you accept payment?
For most new clients, we take payment at the time of order/drop off. This can be paid by check, cash or credit card. We also allow NET15 to NET30 invoicing for established clients with re-occuring business.

Can I select the days I want flyers dropped?
Yes, with in reason. The earlier in advance you schedule the better. We offer door to door services Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm. If you are looking for something outside these hours...give us a call 303-495-7592.

Can you handle large orders for one-day service?
Yes, within reason. Orders over 5,000 pieces require at least 1 week advance scheduling, orders over 10,000 pieces require at least 3 weeks advance scheduling. However, we can get them distributed in the same day in most cases.

Will you do same-day service?
Yes. Same day service is an option for an additional fee. Contact us to get set up - 303-495-7592!

We also perform background checks on our staff to look for fraud, theft and other similar charges to determine trustworthiness.

How does the GPS tracking work?
We give our clients the option for GPS tracking of their deliveries. We use personal GPS tracking systems for our staff that has the capability of reporting routes, distance, times and helps us ensure that your material is being distributed properly and to every home.
This option is also backed up by random verifications by supervisors.

About about no solicitation signs?
We follow all laws, including no solicitation and no handbills laws. This does not mean we won't work in these neighborhood, it just means we may require you to take the responsibility for the service in the event of a claim.
We will not attach flyers to mail boxes, as this could result in a $10,000 fine.
Contracts & Agreements

Do you require agreements?
We use a basic order agreement that states the terms of the services provided and payment.

Do you require contracts?
No. Typically contracts are only used for long-term situations and on-going projects.

Do you require term minimums?
No. Use us as much or as little as you need. Term commitments will only be used on long-term or special projects that call for them.

What are your required minimums?
500 pieces is the minimum service for door to door services, however the per piece discounts start at 1,000 pieces.
For hourly services, we do require a 4 hour minimum.
