Flyer Distribution - Terms Of Service

Whereas client pays Denver Door2Door for services on any invoice, the client is agreeing to the following publically listed Terms of Services as linked to on the invoice and written below:

 

1. Will not distribute in inclement weather (snow or rain) – will schedule for next open time slot within 48 hours

2. For health and safety reasons, will not distribute in temperatures below 20° or above 110° – will schedule for next open time slot within 48 hours

3. Money Back Guarantee only applies to orders that have opt’d in and paid extra for GPS Tracking Services, otherwise it does not apply to standard deliveries

4. Unless specified upfront, any extra advertising materials left over from a project will be trashed within 48 hours of campaign end without notification or compensation

5. We recognize a "margin of error" in the number of flyers given to us.  This margin of error is equal to 1%.  Example: a client pays us for distribution 3,000 flyers, however gives us 3,030 flyers, we will not charge for the additional flyers (nor will we deliver the flyers).  If a client gives us 2,970 flyers we will  not refund the difference

6. We recognize a "margin of error" in the number of flyers delivered by us.  This margin of error is equal to 1%

7. Full payment for services are due prior to any services beginning, unless previously authorized

8. A late fee of $25 plus 1% of the total will be assesed for payments overdue 20 day and 1% each month the payment is late up to 3 months.  After the 3 months, the account will be sent to collections.

9. Customer is responsible for preparing all items (cutting, hole punch, rubber bands, tape, bags, etc) – We will prepare them at an extra cost called “Prep Services”

10. We require at least 48 hours’ notice on any new deliveries or a Rush/Same Day Surcharge will apply

11. Delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm M-Sat. No overnight deliveries allowed

12. All materials will be counted and “bundled” prior to delivery. Any overages over 1% of the original amount will incur additional charges at the original agreed to rate

13. On orders over 3,000 pieces, we will offer free pick-up services within 15 miles of our home office in Westminster, CO

14. On orders over 5,000 pieces, we will offer free pick-up anywhere in the Denver Metro Area

15. Color Coded Route Maps, with way points, will be created and given to staff before any distribution activities

16. We will not offer any refunds for undistributed materials due to non-solicitation signs, no-handbills signs or for over printing materials

17. We will not “re-run” distribution routes to distribute left over materials after the distribution campaign has finished (an additional charge will apply for any re-runs)
