SERVICE LENGTHS - We offer month to month and 12 month service agreements, with the same level of burglar, fire and medical monitoring as if you signed a long-term contract (requires an initial 12 month agreement). We also offer flexible payment terms with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment options, so you set your terms.
EQUIPMENT & FINANCING - Just because your paying on your own terms doesn't mean we give you equipment of a lower quality. With our no long-term contract plans, you still have access to the same quality equipment from our leading brands. No need to spend hundreds of dollars up front on your equipment, we now offer up to 100% financing with excellent terms and will allow you to roll up to 12 months of monitoring into the loan.
CREDIT QUALIFICATIONS - Because you are paying on your own terms and purchasing all the equipment upfront, we do not require a minimum credit qualification. Clients may be required to pay an activation fee and/or first and last months monitoring and/or a down payment (for financing) be service can be activated and equipment installed. HOMEOWNERSHIP/RENTERS - These programs are perfect for both homeowners, business owners, landlords and tenants. Since we do not require clients to sign a long-term service contract, and we only have a 12 month inital agreement, we can fit any budget and any situation. Landlords can install a system and allow tenants to have their own monitoring with control over the system. Apartment renters can install a wireless security system for the term of their lease. Homeowners can have control of their home security system on their own terms.
