Sales/Design Consultants

 

The Sales and Design Consultants at Echelon Home Security & Automation are experts in Residential and Small Business Security Systems.  They attend daily training to improve their knowledge of security systems, area crime data, burglar detection, home automation and safety. 

Each Consultant is required to ride with our installers at least 3 times per year to ensure they are "up to speed" on the latest systems and installation methods.  We feel this improves the quality of service that our clients receive.

Our Consultants will walk you through the area crime statistics, help you design an affordable, quality security system and will schedule your installation with the most qualified Installer for your location.  They don't stop there!  Our Consultants also serve as your "Account Manager".  Any time you need help with operating your system, need to upgrade or repair your system or just have a question about your system, they are your personal representative.

 

We don't just sell and design a system for you, we walk with you through the entire process and work with you into the future.

System Installers

 

Echelon Home Security contracts with highly qualified and experienced Alarm System Installers.  We perform our own background checks on each Installer, including verifiable work history, criminal background checks, insurance and bond verification, fraud and financial checks as well as meet and screen each installer.  This is for the security of our clients.

Each Installer is specially trained in the various systems we install, including any "special tricks of the trade" that make the install easier and more productive for our clients.  They are also required to attend annual training on new systems.



Whether we are installing a complete security system, home automation system, video surveillance system or the whole package, our Installers are capable and knowledgeable.  They are very friendly and will walk each client through the entire system, including how to arm, disarm, bypass and troubleshoot basic issues that may arise.
